The deadline for submitting bids ends on 6 April 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

A written purchase offer can also be submitted by 1 April 2026 at 12:00. Further instructions in the sales brochure.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
