The lot will be sold by competitive bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during the period 26 March 2026 - 19 April 2026. The deadline for submitting bids is 19 April 2026 at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding period if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer applies.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid was accepted as the highest and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and is sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
