The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 12 March 2026 and 2 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 2 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 12 March 2026 to 2 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be approved or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 31 March 2026 at 12:00 to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
