Seized property in Hankasalmi, Hankasalmi

The property is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 13/03/2026 and 05/04/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject the highest bid will be made within two working days after the end of the sale or after the secured creditor has given its statement on the sale.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is not paid, the bidder may be liable to compensate the buyer under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as to the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 02/04/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Jyväskylä office at Vapaudenkatu 54, 40100 Jyväskylä or by e-mail to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Payment terms

Deposit

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

Payment period

The balance of the purchase price may be paid by 04/05/2026. Any extension of the payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is granted, annual interest will be payable on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the agreed extension period from the date of sale until the payment deadline.

If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price until it has been paid or a new sale has been completed.

Prospective buyers are urged to inspect the property, the sales brochure and the documents attached to the notice carefully before submitting a bid.
