Terms of Sale

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by means of a private sale pursuant to section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.


Terms of sale:

The property is seized and will be sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
