Information provided by the seller and inspection of the property

Information about the property is provided in the attachments to the auction notice, and bidders are obliged to familiarise themselves with the property and all documents before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Conclusion of the sale

After the auction ends, a representative of Kymen Habita Oy will contact the highest bidder to agree on the practical arrangements for completing the sale. The highest bidder must submit a separate written purchase offer through Kymen Habita Oy. A binding contract is formed only when the written purchase offer has been made and accepted. A bid placed only via the Huutokaupat.com service is not binding.

The sale of real estate must be made in the form required by the Land Code. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing of the sale. The fee for the certifier of the sale is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.
