Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. Prior arrangements must be made with the enforcement officer for submitting a written offer, and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 01 April 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest offer made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may at its discretion extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges arising from the transfer of utility contracts.

The foreclosed property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 06 April 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid has been placed.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic increment system. The written bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 01 April 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
