The seized object is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 01/04/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If needed, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. Payment terms must be agreed separately. If an extension is granted, annual interest pursuant to section 3(2) of the Interest Act shall be payable on the entire purchase price for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic bid increment system. The offer must be delivered by 30/03/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at the address below

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be entered in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 30/03/2026 at 12:00 to the address below

The property is seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code, as applicable.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title to the property within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative at the latest when applying for title, unless the buyer is exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires title to the shares and the deed is delivered to the buyer only after the sales decision has become final and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
