The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 02 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to buyer liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

An extension of up to six weeks for payment of the balance may be granted if necessary. Payment time must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest will be charged on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment deadline.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 30 March 2026 at 12:00 to the address below:

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by means of a free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Transfer tax of 1.5% is calculated on the total of the purchase price and any buyer-assumed obligations, in accordance with the date of transfer of ownership, and is payable by the buyer.

Ownership of the shares and the deed of sale will be transferred to the buyer only after the sales decision has become final and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
