Viewing the property

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can be assumed to affect the transaction.


Conclusion of the sale


The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of the shares take place at the completion of the transaction.


Other costs


The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at any given time.


Withdrawing from the sale


If the transaction fails to complete for a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to compensation of EUR 300.
