Water and sewer connections: Inarin Lapin Vesi Oy, the current price for the water and sewer connection is EUR 9,000. The buyer will clarify with Inarin Lapin Vesi Oy whether the plot’s drainage can be handled with a gravity sewer only, or whether a separate pumping station is required. For those plots for which a pressurised sewer connection method has been defined, a pressure sewer branch has been built in advance and a gravity sewer connection cannot be made. Metsähallitus does not participate in the above costs. The plot buyer submits the connection application when the construction project begins; the company will then receive the necessary information for creating the usage point.

Telia Finland Oyj’s fibre-optic network has been built in the area, and the buyer may, if desired, connect separately by agreement with Telia Finland Oyj. The buyer is responsible for the connection and the related costs.

The area of the building site now on offer is 846 m², and the property is a parcel of property 148-893-17-2. The parcel will be formed into an independent property in a subdivision procedure; the buyer is responsible for the cadastral fee, which is approximately EUR 1,240.
