Water and sewer connections: Inarin Lapin Vesi Oy, the current price for a water and sewer connection is EUR 9,000.

The buyer will check with Inarin Lapin Vesi Oy whether the plot’s drainage can be handled with a gravity sewer only, or whether a separate pumping station is needed. For plots designated for a pressurised sewer connection, a pressure sewer branch has already been built, and they cannot be connected with a gravity sewer. Metsähallitus does not contribute to the costs arising from this.

The buyer of the plot submits the connection application when the construction project begins. The company will then receive the necessary information to create the point of use.

A Telia Finland Oyj fibre-optic network has been built in the area, and the buyer may choose to join it separately by agreement with Telia Finland Oyj. The buyer is responsible for the connection and related costs.

The area of the building site now on offer is 1,088 m². The property is a designated part of parcel 148-893-17-2. The designated part will be formed into an independent property through a subdivision survey, and the buyer is responsible for the cadastral fee, which is approximately EUR 1,500.
