Water and sewerage connections: Inarin Lapin Vesi Oy, current price for a water and sewerage connection is EUR 9,000. The buyer will check with Inarin Lapin Vesi Oy whether the plot’s drainage can be handled with a gravity sewer only or whether a separate pumping station is required. For those plots for which a pressurised sewer connection method has been specified, a pressurised sewer branch has been built in advance and they cannot be connected with a gravity sewer. Metsähallitus does not participate in the above costs.

The buyer of the plot submits the connection application when the construction project begins; the company will then receive the necessary information for creating the site.

A Telia Finland Oyj fibre-optic network has been built in the area, and the buyer may choose to connect to it separately by agreement with Telia Finland Oyj. The buyer is responsible for the connection and any related costs.

The building site now on offer has an area of 920 m², and the property is a parcel from real estate 148-893-17-2. The parcel will be formed into an independent property in a subdivision survey, and the buyer is responsible for the land survey fee, which is approximately EUR 1,240.
