Bids must be submitted by the specified time. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. Participation in the auction is also possible in person by submitting a bid to the seller. The seller and buyer agree to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller and reasonably assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The property sale must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place of signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the witness to the sale is paid equally by the seller and the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising and other necessary measures related to the sale.
