According to open forest inventory data, the total volume is about 810 m³ (Source: Karttaselain, inventory date 2024), of which 231.5 m³ is saw timber and 545.9 m³ is pulpwood. Tree species distribution: spruce 55%, deciduous trees 24% and pine 21%. The area-weighted average age is about 33 years. The site types are fresh heath forest (2.0 ha) and sub-dry heath forest (3.8 ha). The soil type of the stands is stony, medium-coarse or coarse mineral soil suitable for summer harvesting.

In July 2026, Forest Vital Oy carried out a boron fertilisation by drone spreading on the property, ensuring high-quality growth and preventing growth disturbances. The value of the fertilisation is €1,131.90 (VAT 0%), and the seller has paid it in full.

Stand details:

• Compartment 1 (1.9 ha): Mature thinning stand on fresh heath forest, thinned in 2023.

• Compartment 1.1 (0.1 ha): Young thinning stand on fresh heath forest. First thinning is due in the coming years.

• Compartment 3 (0.4 ha): Mature forest ready for regeneration. The compartment borders Haukivesi and has about 90 metres of its own shoreline. Clear-water, reed-lined shore. A good spot for a rowing boat, for example.

• Compartment 4 (0.4 ha): Stony coarse mineral soil naturally regenerating. The compartment has older mixed trees as seed trees for the future forest. Excellent potential, for example, as a pigeon hunting spot or for other hunting.

• Compartment 6 (0.7 ha): Sub-dry heath forest, young thinning stand. First thinning in about 5–10 years.

• Compartment 7 (2.3 ha): Sub-dry heath forest, young thinning stand. Thinning due in the coming years.

Access rights, neighbours and aerial images:

A well-maintained gravel road leads to the property, serving the area's holiday homes. The property is burdened by road rights of way (see the attached land register extract and map extract). No annual road fees are known.
