Offers are to be made by the specified deadline. The highest offer is the offer that the seller has approved as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and the buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By making a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property in question, as well as the documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which may reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be concluded in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the completion of the transaction.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to proceed with the sale must, under the Finnish Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property, and other necessary measures related to the transaction.
