The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 17 August 2026 and 7 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 7 September 2026 at 14:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 3 September 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Mikkeli office, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: Sales number 13080000732). The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a complete description of the property for sale.

All liens on the sold property will lapse, and the share certificate will be handed over to the buyer after the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full and the sale has become legally binding.

Buyers are advised to carefully review the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

An appeal concerning the sale and any act related to the sale or preceding it must be lodged within three weeks from the date of the sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
