The property is sold by tender in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 04/09/2026 to 27/09/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 27/09/2026 at 18.00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The attached property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 04/09/2026 - 27/09/2026 at 18.00, or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is to be accepted or rejected.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately on the acceptance or rejection of the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding increment system. The offer must be submitted no later than 24/09/2026 at 12.00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written offer.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 24/09/2026 at 12.00 at Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email. pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
