Enforced sale of detached house property in Iisvesi, Suonenjoki, Suonenjoki

The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 19.8.2026 and 9.9.2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 9.9.2026 at 14:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of cancellation. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 7.9.2026 at 12:00 by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi or by post to Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli.

The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number of the online auction to which the bid is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered in the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. As a rule, the buyer and new owner of the property will be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, a power of attorney or other evidence must be presented.

Prospective buyers are advised to carefully inspect the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal against the sale or any act related to the sale or preceding it must be lodged within three weeks from the sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
