The property will be sold by ascending bid on the internet auction service www.huutokaupat.com between 20.8.2026 and 10.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 10.9.2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the bidder may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding function. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid applies. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the day before the end of the sale to the Office of the Enforcement Authority in Kuopio, address Ulosottolaitos / Kuopion toimipaikka, Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
