Enforced sale of detached house property in Kerimäki, Savonlinna, Savonlinna

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 17 August 2026–7 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 7 September 2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum offer amount, and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 3 September 2026 at 12:00 to the Savonlinna office of the Enforcement Authority, address Tottinkatu 9, 57130 Savonlinna, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: sale 13960000438).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code applied as appropriate. The sales brochure is indicative only and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property for sale.

Buyers are advised to carefully inspect the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid.

An appeal concerning the sale or an act related to the sale or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
