The property for sale is a terraced housing complex at Hinriikankatu 27-29, 38710 Kankaanpää. The sale includes 4 buildings: 3 residential buildings and an outbuilding. A total of 28 apartments. The residential floor area is 1635 m2. The combined gross floor area of all buildings is 2038 m2. Areas have not been re-measured and are not decisive in determining the purchase price.

Both properties are plot-based and their areas are 3680 m2 each —> total 7360 m2.

Moisture damage and indoor air problems have been found in the buildings; investigations indicate that risk structures have materialised in building C and the action limit of the Finnish Decree on Housing Health has been exceeded.
