Log-built detached house with private shoreline in Nilsiä, Kuopio

Farmyard of an old farm with its own shoreline in the majestic Pisa landscape, situated between two bodies of water. The plot to be separated is approx. 1.4 ha. The plot has about 100 m of shoreline on Ala-Siikajärvi. There is a water connection to Vuotjärvi and onwards to Kallavesi. The yard area is zoned AM in the local plan, with no limited building rights. It is possible to build, for example, a machine hall or a lakeside sauna, etc.

The sellers have not lived on the property and do not know the condition of the buildings beyond what the condition report shows. The property and its contents are sold as they are at the time of sale. The buyer is aware of this and accepts the risk of any hidden structural defects. The seller is not liable for defects, damages or deficiencies that have been disclosed to the buyer or that the buyer has otherwise noticed or should have noticed. The buyer accepts the property and buildings in the condition in which they were shown.

This is a peaceful spot in idyllic surroundings, suitable for permanent residence or as a summer retreat for those who enjoy varied activities. There is the possibility to apply for membership of the local hunting club. Ala-Siikajärvi is known as a fish-rich lake, so fishing waters begin right from the back yard.
