Terms of Sale

The property is sold by incrementing bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 5 June–26 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 26 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.


The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.


Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Payment terms


The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. Once the payment is visible on the account, the enforcement officer will make the sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card. Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price.


Payment period: Up to six weeks for the remaining purchase price from the date the sale decision is drawn up. In that case, annual interest is payable on the whole purchase price for the entire payment period in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act from the date of the sale decision until the payment period ends. If payment is not made within the time allowed, the buyer shall pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has been carried out.


Obligations transferred to the buyer
