Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

The bidder has a duty before bidding to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

Seller's information

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of real estate must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer; however, the sale will be completed no later than 24 July 2026. A deposit of €2,000.00 must be paid within two days of the close of the bidding. The remainder of the purchase price will be paid at the signing of the sale. The signing official's fee will be split equally between seller and buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale; in this case €2,000.00.
