Contract conclusion
The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place or method for signing the purchase agreement will be agreed separately with the buyer, but in any case within 7 days of the end of the auction. We prefer signing the purchase agreement electronically via the land transfer service (kiinteistoasiat.fi). After the auction ends we will send an invoice to the buyer by email with 7 days to pay. The invoice will charge the full purchase price. Signing the purchase agreement requires that the purchase price has been received in the Seller's account by the due date or at the latest by the end of the next banking day.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer taxes, which are 3% of the debt-free purchase price. The registration and service fee for 2026 is €236, paid by the buyer. If the buyer wishes, they may obtain up-to-date extracts (title, registration and encumbrance certificates) on the day of signing at their own cost (€16 each).
Withdrawal from the purchase
