Conclusion of the sale

We prefer signing the deed electronically via the property transfer service (kiinteistoasiat.fi). After the auction ends we will send the buyer an invoice by email with 7 days to pay. The invoice charges the full purchase price. Signing the deed requires that the purchase price has been received in the Seller’s account by the due date or at the latest by the end of the next banking day.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for stamp duty of 3% of the debt-free purchase price. The registration and service fee for 2026 is €236, payable by the buyer. Withdrawal from the sale
