The Municipality of Ilmajoki is offering Ilomäki Old School, the youth club building and an outbuilding for sale by auction.

The property is sold as a combination of a subdivided plot and several parcels:

Subdivided parcel from property 145-410-10-1, area approx. 3,826 m2

Parcel 145-410-10-16 (registered area 1,500 m2; measured from map approx. 1,449 m2)

Parcel 145-410-10-18 (registered area 1,000 m2; measured from map approx. 1,090 m2)

Parcel 145-410-10-26 (registered area 2,800 m2; measured from map approx. 2,763 m2)

The exact area of the subdivided parcel will be confirmed after the partitioning procedure. Map of the sites attached. The purchase price is not tied to area.

Buildings:

Ilomäki school was built between 1948 and 1967.

Total floor area is 616 m2. (Areas have not been re-measured)

Heating is by oil.

The youth club building was constructed before 1948, probably in the 1920s.

Gross floor area is 150 m2. (Areas have not been re-measured)

Heating is electric.

The construction date of the outbuilding is unknown.

The rubbish shelter is not on the area for sale. The buyer is responsible for moving it onto their own property after signing the deed.

The older buildings on the site have defects and damage requiring repairs.

The buildings are sold as suitable for demolition. The buyer is responsible for the demolition costs.

Various condition surveys have been carried out; the reports are attached.

Interested buyers should study the attachments carefully.

Viewings can be made independently and a contact person can show the site by separate arrangement.

The property is sold with water and electricity connections. The property is sold as seen at the time of sale, including any loose items. Movable items belonging to the municipality have been removed after the photos were taken. The inventory included in the sale will be confirmed before the sales decision.

Note! The registered use of the buildings is 'general education school buildings'. Converting to residential use, for example, requires a change of use.
