Terms of sale

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms applicable on Huutokaupat.com and the sales terms before bidding. Bidders agree that their contact details may be passed to the advertiser by Huutokaupat.com.

Viewing the property

The bidder has a duty, before placing a bid, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that could be expected to affect the transaction.

Completion of the sale

The highest bidder in the auction must sign the deed of sale by the end of 2026.

In addition to the purchase price, the buyer will pay a transfer tax of 3% of the purchase price for property transactions.

If the sale is made using the National Land Survey of Finland's electronic property transaction service, the buyer will, in addition to the transfer tax, pay €236.

The payment includes applying for registration of title. The seller prepares the deed of sale without a separate charge.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to carry out the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the sale.
