Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.


Viewing the property

Bidders are obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller confirms having given the buyer all information the seller knows and that can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Signing the contract

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the conveyancing. The buyer pays the fee for the certifier or the electronic transaction service.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
