Seized undeveloped property on Huhdanniementie, Kouvola

The item will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 3 June 2026 and 24 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as for the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing as applicable the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code.
