Seized forest property (2.00 ha) in Vojakkala, Loppi

The property is sold by upward auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 15 July 2026 at 13:30 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to make a purchase bid through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. A written purchase bid is binding and subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the bid applies. Arrangements for submitting a written bid must be made with the enforcement officer in advance and the bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority’s Hämeenlinna office by 14 July 2026 at 12:00. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer may approve or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The person who made the highest bid must immediately pay a deposit of €5,000.00 to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the person whose bid was accepted. The person who made the highest bid must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise they will be regarded as the buyer.

If the highest bid is approved, payment of the remaining purchase price may be allowed, if necessary, until 12 August 2026. If no extension is used, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid is approved. If an extension is used, annual interest is payable on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the whole payment period from the date of sale to the end of the payment period. The reference rate determined semi-annually under section 12 of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%. If payment has not been made by the due date, i.e. no later than 12 August 2026, statutory default interest under section 4(1) of the Interest Act will thereafter be charged. The current default interest rate is 9.50%. Interest may change twice a year on the rate adjustment date.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the person whose bid was accepted. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.
