Seized property and dilapidated old buildings in Juva, Juva

The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 22/06/2026 and 15/07/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 15/07/2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to purchaser liability under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 14/07/2026 at 12:00 to the address:

Written offers are binding and are subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the www.huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale in accordance, as applicable, with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the sale object.

Buyers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. The notice on how to appeal is attached to the sales decision.
