The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The bailiff may accept or reject the highest bid received.
