The property is seized and sold by private sale by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and following the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. Bids concern the purchase price payable in full to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations that transfer to the buyer are listed in the sales prospectus under obligations and rights that transfer to the buyer.
