The property is seized and will be sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. Further details are in the sales prospectus.

 

Bids apply to the purchase price payable in full to the Enforcement Authority. See the sales prospectus for information on any company loan shares, unpaid maintenance charges or other liabilities or costs that the buyer will be responsible for or required to pay to obtain possession of the apartment.
