Seized property in Somero, Somero

The property will be sold in an online auction organised on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 23 June 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's blocked account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The remaining purchase price may be given up to six weeks' payment time if necessary. Any payment period must be agreed separately. If payment time is granted, annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the entire purchase price for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment period ends.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer according to the automatic increment. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The asset has been seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the object for sale. Therefore buyers should inspect the property before making an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for registration of title within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative at the latest when applying for registration, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer will acquire ownership of the property and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only once the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
