The property is seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms set out in the Code. Bids apply to the purchase price payable in full to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations transferring to the buyer are listed in the sales prospectus under obligations and rights transferring to the buyer.
Bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer's liability for damages under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
