The online auction ends on 9 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.
The balance of the purchase price may, if necessary, be granted up to six weeks’ payment time. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.
