Seized property in Loimaa, Loimaa

The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 9 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The balance of the purchase price may, if necessary, be granted up to six weeks’ payment time. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bid increment system. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 6 July 2026 at the latest by 12:00 to the address below

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The asset has been seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer, following as applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to thoroughly inspect the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the object for sale. Prospective buyers should therefore inspect the object before making an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and transfer tax. The buyer must apply for registration of title within six months from the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for registration of title, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed is handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
