The object is sold by incremental bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com in an online auction. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 10 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Payment terms
The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. Once the payment is visible on the official account, the enforcement officer will issue the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.
Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.
Payment period: If necessary, a payment period for the remainder may be granted, but not exceeding six weeks from the sales decision. Interest is payable on the whole purchase price for the whole payment period from the sale date to the end of the payment period. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted period, statutory late interest will be charged thereafter. The late interest rate is currently 9.50%.

The sale conditionally includes an electricity connection. To transfer the electricity connection into the buyer’s name, the buyer must pay any arrears related to electricity transfer to the electricity company Oulun Energia Kenve Oy. Arrears for the connection total €553.76 as of 21 April 2026. The buyer must verify and pay any arrears. Arrears will not be deducted from the purchase price paid to the Enforcement Authority.
The sale conditionally includes a water connection. To transfer the water connection into the buyer’s name, the buyer must pay any arrears to the water company Oulun Energia Kenve Oy. Arrears for the connection total €968.21 as of 13 May 2026. The buyer must verify and pay any arrears. Arrears will not be deducted from the purchase price paid to the Enforcement Authority.
The sale conditionally includes a fibre-optic connection. To transfer this connection into the buyer’s name, the buyer must pay any arrears to Valokuitunen Oy / Visma Amili Oy. The property is seized and sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the Enforcement Code’s general auction terms.
