Terms of Sale

The property is sold in an online auction hosted on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 9 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private treaty conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 9 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately after acceptance of the bid pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid has been accepted as the highest.

A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price if necessary. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached as part of the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 7 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by e‑mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
