• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
