• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are taken directly from use or storage. Items have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by an independent inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, company documents and related papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on a fact that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction's applicable terms and the terms of sale before bidding.
