• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been checked by a qualified inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the item, company documents and papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot has its own pick-up fee; if you win multiple lots the pick-up fee must be paid for each. The pick-up fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check matters that may affect your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collections are charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.

• Bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right.

• The item is sold as seen; the seller warrants that the information in the listing is correct.

• If the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
