• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. It has not been inspected by an independent inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the item, company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer may not later claim a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or refund by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the terms of sale before bidding.
