The item has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been checked by a condition inspector, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the premises, and any company documents and records, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item carries no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and any possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes vehicles that may be inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawing from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
