The item has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a fact that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The sold item carries no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle fitness: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please note this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection incurs a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the original and the new sale price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest.
