• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so latent defects not noticed when creating the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders are obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the item and any company documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on matters that could have been observed during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products: The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchase. Always check any matters relating to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check a vehicle's tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be registered, unregistered or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sales terms before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller warrants that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
