• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding: Bidders must inspect the item and any company documents and papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or return right is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note each lot has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery options and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: Buyers must check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details using Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be registered, unregistered or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Cancelling the purchase

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller may re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the original and resale price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
