• 👓 Viewing Bidders must, before making an offer, inspect the premises and review company documents and paperwork. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return offered by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collections are charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
